Marbella Unique Properties and their VIP clients have become anual regulars at the Starlite Festival in Marbella, the “Festival de las Estrellas” has become one of the most well known calendar events and is now considered an important event to attend world wide.
Starlite is not only a music festival, it is a wonderful venue with a growing attendence due to its unbeatable location, amazing concerts with International Stars, great restaurants and food, galas, fashion shows, exclusive performances, DJ’s etc… A jam packed month and a mágical event, a must visit!
This year we began to attend the events: The opening of Starlite, The Platinum Prize Gala and the Latin Cinema festival. Many well know personalities atended the exclusive event this year including representatives of culture, well known Spanish and Latin cinema personalities and many famous faces who atended the shows of David Bisbal, Lusi Fonsi, Rosario y Lolita Flores, Miguel Bose… the evenings highlight was an emotional speach by Antonio Banderas when he was presented with a special award for his long career and he finished reciving a standing ovation from the public.
The first concert that Marbella Unique Properties atended with VIP clients was Placido Domingo, a serene Saturday night (slightly warm). The tennor was concious that Marbellas public hadn’t only come to listen to Opera and he presented an extensive repertoire including Operetta, Musical comedy and Zarzuela.
Placido Domingo was accompanied by the soprano Ana Maria Martinez and the Filarmonical Orchestra of Malaga, directed by Eugene Kohn, also includig the composor and director Jose Maria Cano who was the guest of honour along with the Spanish classical ballerinas Nuria Pomares.
Our second visit to Starlite was to see Lionel Richie, at the time we didnt realize it but today we can truly say that it was the best concert of the summer. We hear you saying how come? It was an amazing experience, Lionel Richie was extremely friendly and charming throughout the show, oozing happiness and full of energy, amazing for being 70+ years old, he is a true showman! His famous songs from the 80s were enjoyed by all, an emotional and intense night charming the public of all ages… It was simply spectacular and our VIP clients along with the rest of the public were all up and dancing with songs such as ‘All night long’.
This years Starlite Festival has been considered one of the best events to date with Alejandro Sanz and the Italian Andrea Bocelli as the last acts on this years calendar, closing the festival.
The Nagueles Quarry was full to the brim this summer and although some of the ticket prices were steep… Starlite is begining to prepare for 2016…
