Marbella East – With lush natural “Virgin” beaches a tranquil residential area a short drive to Marbella Town centre.
Marbella Town centre – All that one could want at your doorstep whilst being in the midst of the “hustle and bustle” of a holiday resort. Including charming old streets, a traditional town centre, churches, beautiful shady town squares, luxury restaurants and typical Spanish shopping. Marbella “old town” includes the Plaza de Los Naranjos, one of the towns oldest squares with the Town Hall to one side and the Mayors house built combining Gothic and Renaissance elements in the facade. Marbella town centre is proud to include sculptures from Salvador Dali on Avenida del Mar, connecting the town centre and the beach.
The Golden Mile – The most sought after area in Marbella. Beachside properties are surrounded by luxurious 5 star hotel resorts and only a few steps away from the sea. During development in the 1960s ruins of a Roman villa were found, beachside in the area of Rio Verde. Mountainside properties on The Golden Mile include high security developments such as Sierra Blanca and Cascada Camojan with amazing views down the coast to Gibraltar and even Africa on a clear day.
Nueva Andalucia – A golfers paradise, a golf valley with some of the most famous golf courses on the coast including: Las Brisas Golf Course, Los Naranjos Golf Course and Aloha Golf Course. Nueva Andalucía also boasts a now privately owned Bullring.
