Lucio, co-owner of Marbella Unique, brings extensive local knowledge and over 25 years of experience in high-quality Real Estate across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Fluent in English and Spanish with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Málaga, Lucio ensures efficient and successful transactions, leveraging his deep community ties and global perspective.
Yolanda López
Yolanda López, co-owner of Marbella Unique and a prominent figure in Marbella’s Real Estate sector since 1992. With a strong background in languages and a Diploma in Tourism, Yolanda has experience in five-star hotels such as the Marbella Club Hotel and Kempinski Resort Hotel Estepona, among others. She is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish. Her specialization in luxury properties and her commitment to customer satisfaction have been key to successfully leading multiple transactions and developing a solid client portfolio, making her a fundamental pillar of our team.
